چکیده

Natural products have always been appreciated due to the awareness about environmental standards for global health by using green technologies in their isolation and extraction. Thereupon natural dyes used all fields having ecofriendly, therapeutic aesthetic nature. For current study, microwave radiations (MW) as a extraction tool explore coloring potency of Tea leaves dyeing cotton fabrics. dye from tea aqueous basic media MW irradiation 1-6 min has given fabric. It evaluated that an increase color yield (K/S) with use 6 energy when extract was onto also revealed case pre-mordanting method, 6% Cu 8% Fe post mordanting method give best fastness properties highest yields. is concluded excellent ability colorant fabric under reduced optimal conditions.

Eco-friendly Dyeing of Viscose Fabric with Reactive Dyes
Water-soluble polymers have versatile applications but they are hardly used in wet processing of cellulosic substrates (cotton, viscose, jute, etc.), particularly in dyeing. In this paper, one such water-soluble polymer, polyacrylic acid has been synthesized, characterized and applied to viscose fabric in conjunction with various types of reactive dyes, namely triazinyl, vinyl sulphone, high ex...

The current study is aimed to utilize the microwave for isolation of colorant from neem bark and its application onto chemical & bio-mordanted cotton fabric. For the purpose, aqueous, acid and organic media have been employed to isolate the colorant and to make its application onto surface modified and bio-mordanted cotton fabric followed by microwave treatment up to 6min....
متن کاملA Comparative Study on Dyeing of Cotton and Silk Fabric Using Madder as a Natural Dye
Madder is considered the queen of the reds which is one of the oldest used natural dyes. In this study, madder was applied to cotton and silk fabrics by using mordants in various ways to investigate the coloring effects. Alum and copper sulphate were used as mordants not only before and after dyeing process but also during the process. The aqueous extract of the dye was applied on the scoured c...
متن کاملDyeing of Cotton Fabric with Natural Dyes Improved by Mordants and Plasma Treatment
Nowadays, there is a great tendency for eco-dyeing and finishing of textiles with natural products. several natural dyes have been used for dyeing of protein fibers but a low number have the ability to dye cotton fiber because of low affinity of cellulose to the natural dyes. In this study madder and weld natural colorants were used to dye cotton fabric premordanted with three metallic salt...
متن کاملEco-dyeing with biocolourant based on natural compounds
Biomass pigments have been regarded as promising alternatives to conventional synthetic dyestuffs for the development of sustainable and clean dyeing. This investigation focused on in situ dyeing of fabrics with biopigments derived from tea polyphenols via non-enzymatic browning reaction. The average particle size of dyed residual liquor with natural tea polyphenol was 717.0 nm (ranging from 61...
